Anna Ruth Smith, President
Ms. Smith started her career in the financial services industry
at Parent Federal Savings Bank, managing loan servicing, operations
and technology activities.
From May, 1993, through December, 2000, Ms. Smith performed similar
responsibilities, ultimately serving as the President of Keystone
Financial Mortgage Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keystone
National Bank, and Executive Vice President of Keystone National Bank
and its successor, Keystone Financial Bank, N.A.
During her career at Keystone, Ms. Smith was responsible for developing
mortgage loan servicing strategies, implementing technology applications,
managing retail banking operations and managing the Small Business
Administration loan unit, which she grew into the largest SBA loan
generation unit of its kind in Pennsylvania.
Ms. Smith was instrumental in the growth and success of Keystone's
mortgage banking and SBA programs.
A Lancaster County native, Ms. Smith is a graduate of Penn State
University.
