Ray L. Wolfe
Mr. Wolfe is retired Chairman of Keystone Financial, Inc. and former
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Financial Trust Company.
He served as a director of Keystone Financial Inc. from May, 1997
though its acquisition by M&T Bank in October, 2000.
Mr. Wolfe began his banking career at Farmer's Trust Company and
served as President from 1974-1982. He became Chairman, President
and CEO of Financial Trust Company (the holding company of Farmer's
Trust) in 1982.
Mr. Wolfe currently serves as Chairman of the Modern Transit Partnership,
the Carlisle Hospital and Health Services Finance Committee and the
Carlisle Chapter of the Alexis de Tocqueville Society of the United
Way.
Mr. Wolfe resides in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and is a graduate of
the Graduate School of Banking, Madison, Wisconsin.
