maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers. We want you to
understand how we protect your privacy when we collect and use information
about you, and the measures we take to safeguard that information. Keeping
customer information secure and private is a priority for us.

AHB is a national bank headquartered in Mountville, Pennsylvania. We
are engaged in the business of providing financial services to customers
located primarily in Pennsylvania and other Mid-Atlantic states.

The terms "we," "our" and "us" refer to any one or more of AHB and its
affiliates with which you maintain a customer relationship. The term "our
affiliates" refers to any one or more of AHB and its banking and non-banking
affiliates (i.e., companies related to AHB by common ownership or control). The
terms "you" and "your" refer to individuals who have a continuing relationship
with us that is primarily for personal, family or household purposes. The term

we obtain in connection with providing a financial product or service to you.

account balance, pay¬ment history and overdraft history. The term
"nonaffiliated third parties" refers to com¬panies, other than our affiliates,
that we do not own or control.

We collect and use information about you only where we reasonably believe the
information will be necessary or useful in providing you with the products and
services you request from us, as well as to help us identify new opportunities
to provide products, services and information to help you reach your financial
goals. The information we collect and use about you helps us to maintain the
security of your accounts with us, improve the customer service we provide you,
and operate more efficiently, so we can keep the cost of the products and
services you obtain from us reasonable.
How We Protect The Information We Collect
We take great care to safeguard the information we collect and use
about you. We permit access to the nonpublic personal information we collect
about you to only those employees who need to know that information to provide
products or services to you. Our employees regard customer privacy as paramount
to customer protection and satisfaction. Disregard of these requirements will
result in disciplinary action, including termination in appropriate cases. We

Fair Credit Reporting Act you have the right to notify us if you believe we
have reported inaccurate information about your account to any consumer

complete name, current address, social security number, telephone number,
account number, type of account, specific item of dispute and the reason why

account records for us. We may disclose non¬public personal information to
companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial
institutions with which we have joint marketing arrangements to jointly offer,
endorse, or sponsor a financial product or service, such as credit cards or
insurance services.
We are also permitted under law to disclose nonpublic personal information about
you to nonaffiliated third parties in certain circumstances. For example, we
may disclose non¬public personal information about you to government entities
in response to subpoenas and to credit bureaus. We require third parties to
comply with strict standards regarding security and confidentiality of such

Disclosure of Information to Our Affiliates and Your Rights
We are permitted by law to share information about our experiences or
transactions with you or your account (such as your account balance and your
payment history with us (“transactional information”)) with our affiliates,
provided that they do not use that information for a marketing purpose.
We may also share information about you with affiliates such as information we
obtain from applications that you make to us or from consumer reports and we
may share with them your transactional information that they may use for a
marketing purpose. You may direct us not to disclose this information by
calling us at the telephone number shown below in this notice. We will ask you
to verify your identity and the specific accounts (or all of your accounts) to
which the opt-out applies. Please have all your account numbers, account
registrations, and your social security number available when you call.
AHB applies opt-outs by individual customer. If you have a joint account with
us, an opt-out instruction given by one participant will only apply to that
participant's information. However, you also have the right to opt out on
behalf of all the joint account participants. AHB will continue to adhere to
its disclosed privacy practices for an account even if it becomes inactive or
is closed.
An opt-out from information sharing on an account, as described above, remains
effective unless revoked in writing. Federal regulations require us to provide
this notice on an annual basis, whether or not an account has previously opted
out from either type of information sharing. Please remember when you receive
our subsequent notices, an account previously opted out from either or both
types of information sharing (and not revoked in writing) does not need to be
opted out again.
This notice updates and replaces any previous notices from AHB about privacy,
